1.Sponsor

The Veteran Roof Giveaway ("Giveaway") is sponsored by White's Construction, located in Branson, Missouri, proudly serving the region from Springfield, Missouri to Harrison, Arkansas ("Sponsor"). The Giveaway is subject to these Official Rules and all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

2.Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to individuals who, as of the date of entry, meet all of the following:

Are a veteran of the United States Armed Forces, or an active-duty, reserve, or retired member of the United States Armed Forces (proof of service — e.g., DD-214, VA card, or military ID — required prior to award);
Are a legal resident of the United States and at least 18 years of age;
Own and occupy a single-family residential home located within Sponsor's service area — the region from Springfield, Missouri to Harrison, Arkansas, including Branson and surrounding communities (the "Service Area");
Are not an employee, contractor, or immediate family or household member of an employee of Sponsor.

The home must have an asphalt-shingle roof system suitable for standard residential replacement. A free, no-obligation roof inspection by Sponsor is required to confirm the home's eligibility (see Section 4). The inspection is provided at no cost and creates no obligation to purchase anything.

3.Entry Period

The Giveaway begins at 12:00 AM Central Time on July 8, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM Central Time on September 8, 2026 (the "Entry Period"). Entries received outside the Entry Period are void.

4.How to Enter

To enter, submit a completed entry form during the Entry Period through Sponsor's advertisement entry forms on Facebook or Instagram, or by calling Sponsor at 417-849-5004 to request entry by phone. All methods of entry have equal chances of winning. Limit one (1) entry per person and per household. Additional entries from the same person or household will be void.

To remain eligible for the drawing, entrants must complete a free roof inspection with Sponsor before the winner is selected, so that the home's eligibility can be confirmed. The inspection is free of charge, carries no purchase obligation, and does not affect the odds of winning. Scheduling an inspection is the only additional step required after entry.

5.Prize

One (1) winner will receive a residential asphalt-shingle roof replacement on the winner's eligible, owner-occupied home, performed by Sponsor, including tear-off, standard underlayment, architectural shingles, and standard flashing and ventilation components, up to a maximum approximate retail value ("ARV") of $15,000.

The prize covers a roof of up to 30 squares (3,000 square feet of roof area). Costs above the ARV cap (e.g., unusually large or steep roofs, structural or decking repairs, code upgrades, or non-standard materials) are the winner's responsibility or may be declined by mutual agreement.
The prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may not be substituted, except that Sponsor may substitute materials of equal or greater value.
Work will be scheduled at a mutually agreed time, weather permitting, and is expected to be completed within 90 days of winner verification.

6.Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about September 10, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified by phone and/or email within five (5) days of the drawing, and must respond within seven (7) days of first notification and provide requested verification (proof of service and homeownership). Once verified, the confirmed winner will be publicly announced on the White's Construction Facebook page. If a potential winner does not respond, is ineligible, or declines the prize, an alternate winner may be selected.

7.Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 for the value of the prize as required by law.

8.Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's consent for Sponsor to use the winner's name, city, likeness, and photographs of the roofing project for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

9.General Conditions

By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is fraudulent, incomplete, or in violation of these Rules, and to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud or technical failure compromises its integrity, in which case the winner may be drawn from eligible entries received before such action. Entrants release Sponsor and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims arising out of participation in the Giveaway, to the fullest extent permitted by law. These Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.

10.Meta Release

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook/Instagram). Each entrant releases Meta Platforms, Inc. from any and all liability in connection with this Giveaway. Information submitted with an entry is provided to Sponsor, not to Meta.
